Rigging

Only Platinum, Gold, Silver or Bronze Sponsors are allowed to hang signs or banners above their booth. The maximum height is 6m.

Ordering
Please place your order through the Hamburg Messe online in the section “technical services”. Click here to learn more about shop access.

When ordering rigging services, please specify the desired timing for installation and de-installation. Please refer to the Exhibition Time Schedule and this page for details regarding build-up and dismantle at ISC.

Please note that installation and de-installation may only be performed by the official rigging service partner Ueberkopf. Please make sure to order the respective service when ordering a rigging product in the Shop for Exhibitor Services.  

Deadline - April 15, 2024
After the deadline has passed, a 20% express surcharge applies to all orders. Orders are accepted through May 11, 2024. (For late orders, the service team will inform you if a requested service/product can be provided at all or in time pending the installation status of your booth.)

On-site Assistance

On-site assistance is available at booth #M50 in the exhibition hall (Hall H) during the following times:

• Saturday, May 11: 12pm - 6pm
• Sunday, May 12 - Wednesday, May 15: 9am - 6pm
