Build-up and Dismantle
Arriving for build-up or dismantle outside of the scheduled hours is not permitted! Please refer to the exhibition time schedule for a complete overview of exhibition hall hours.
Booth builders arriving for build-up and dismantle must enter through Gate H (via Tiergartenstraße).

ALL EXHIBITS ARE TO BE OCCUPIED AND IN OPERATION UNTIL THE OFFICIAL CLOSING HOUR OF THE SHOW. Respect your fellow exhibitors as they may still be conducting business.

Booth builders will be granted access to the exhibition hall starting at 5:00pm on Wednesday, May 15. If your staff wishes to access the exhibition hall before 5:00pm, they need to be registered, e.g. with an exhibition pass.
Vehicles up to 7,5t have to park on the lower parking level of exhibition hall H, underneath the show floor. Freight elevators will be available on
- Saturday, May 11, 9am-midnight
- Sunday, May 12, 8am-11pm
Holders of vehicles over 7,5t may apply for vehicle entry on the ground level of exhibition hall H, on the show floor. For more information, refer to this page.
If you need to dispose of booth system materials and/or advertising materials, it is your responsibility to order the appropriate waste collection services through the Hamburg Messe "Shop for Exhibitor Services". The organizer will bill costs incurred by improper or incomplete waste collection to the responsible exhibitors after the event. For more information, click here.
General security will be maintained for fire and safety regulations. If you prefer additional security for your booth, please refer to booth security services.
No catering will be provided during build-up and dismantle. Food and beverages can e.g. be obtained from the nearby Dammtor train station.
Please note: food delivery personnel of external providers will not be allowed inside the exhibition hall.
