Build-up and Dismantle

We recommend following established hygiene protocols in the exhibition hall to protect yourself and others:

• wear an FFP2 mask (provided free of charge upon request)
• if at all possible, a distance of 1,5m or 6ft must be kept from other persons
• follow general hygiene protocols (such as frequent disinfection of hands)

It is not necessary to provide proof of vaccination or recovery, or a covid-19 test result.

ALL EXHIBITS ARE TO BE OCCUPIED AND IN OPERATION UNTIL THE OFFICIAL CLOSING HOUR OF THE SHOW. Respect your fellow exhibitors as they may still be conducting business. 

Booth builders will be granted access to the exhibition hall starting at 4:30pm on Wednesday, June 1. If your staff wishes to access the exhibition hall before 4:30pm, they need to be registered, e.g. with an exhibition pass.

Vehicles up to 7,5t have to park on the lower parking level of exhibition hall H, underneath the show floor. Freight elevators will be available on

• Saturday, May 28, 9am-midnight
• Sunday, May 29, 8am-11pm
• Wednesday, June 1, 4:30pm-midnight

Holders of vehicles over 7,5t may apply for vehicle entry on the ground level of exhibition hall H, on the show floor. For more information, refer to this page.

If you need to dispose of booth system materials and/or advertising materials, it is your responsibility to order the appropriate waste collection services through the Hamburg Messe "Shop for Exhibitor Services". The organizer will bill costs incurred by improper or incomplete waste collection to the responsible exhibitors after the event. For more information, click here.
