Design your interactive page
Sponsors and exhibitors of ISC can design their dedicated interactive page in the Swapcard Exhibitor Center. Your designated ISC event contact specified in your contract has received an invitation to log in to the Exhibitor Center. Once your colleagues have registered for the event (registration will open in March) you can add them as team members via the Exhibitor Center. For step-by-step instructions, refer to this page. If you urgently need to add team members to your interactive page before or without registration for the event, please contact exhibitor-support@isc-events.com.
The first step to increase attendee engagement with your content is to customize your interactive page! Your ambition should be to design your interactive page to evoke emotion and curiosity, drawing attendees in. Make sure to provide an appropriate range of information, like you will at your physical booth, for a variety of target groups. Include resources that give any attendee a clear impression of your products and services. Make sure to employ photos, videos and text to inform the visitors of your interactive page, while piquing their interest in learning more. Our event platform Swapcard offers myriad ways to design your interactive page, depending on your level of participation.
Please note: Your interactive page is visible publicly! It can be accessed via the Exhibitor Listing on the ISC 2024 website. Please keep this in mind if you plan on publishing information with a future release date or when using placeholders etc.
All ISC sponsors and exhibitors have the opportunity to display their logo at their interactive page. The aspect ratio of the logo is 2:1. If your image file does not match this ratio, it will be cropped. The recommended file dimensions are 400x200px, the maximum file size is 1MB, permitted file types are PNG or JPG.
Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors
ISC Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors (as well as Bronze sponsors and exhibitors who purchased this opportunity) have the option to style their interactive page with a header image or header video.
Image
The aspect ratio of the header image is 16:9. If your image file does not match this ratio, it will be cropped. The recommended file dimensions are 1200x675px, the maximum file size is 1MB, permitted file types are PNG or JPG.
Video
The header video can be live or pre-recorded and hosted on Youtube, Vimeo or any other platform. To embed your video, simply select the platform where your video is hosted from the dropdown menu and provide the video ID or SRC link.
Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors
ISC Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors have the option to brand their interactive page with a background image. The aspect ratio of the background image is 16:10. If your image file does not match this ratio, it will be cropped. The recommended file dimensions are 2560x1600px, the maximum file size is 1MB, permitted file types are PNG or JPG.
Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors
ISC Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors have the opportunity to display a vertical banner advertisement at their interactive page. The aspect ratio of the logo is 9:16 . If your image file does not match this ratio, it will be cropped. The recommended file dimensions are 1080x1920px, the maximum file size is 1MB, permitted file types are PNG or JPG.
All ISC sponsors and exhibitors are encouraged to provide the following information by completing their "Company Profile" in the Exhibitor Center:
- company or organization profile
- a summary of your company's or organization's activities at ISC 2024
- up to 4 external links and a brief description for each
- social media handles
- phone numbers, email addresses, company website URL, and postal address
All ISC sponsors and exhibitors can showcase an unlimited number of documents at their interactive page. You can provide any kind of document that you deem useful or interesting to ISC attendees, e.g. product brochures, white papers, research papers, articles etc.
You can upload your documents directly to the event platform (PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, PNG or JPG) or provide a URL for documents hosted externally. You will be asked to provide a title (max. 80 characters) (mandatory) and a short description (max. 160 characters) (optional) for each document.
