Waste Disposal

General cleaning will be provided during the event. However, this does not include the disposal of booth system materials and/or advertising materials. If you need to dispose of such items, it is your responsibility to order the appropriate waste collection services through the Hamburg Messe "Shop for Exhibitor Services".

The organizer will bill costs incurred by improper or incomplete waste collection to the responsible exhibitors after the event.

Please place your order through the Hamburg Messe online "Shop for Exhibitor Services" in the section “stand service”. Click here to learn more about shop access.

Deadline - April 15, 2024
After the deadline has passed, a 20% express surcharge applies to all orders. Orders are accepted through May 15, 2024. (For late orders, the service team will inform you if a requested service/product can be provided at all or in time.)

On-site Assistance

On-site assistance is available at booth #M50 in the exhibition hall (Hall H) during the following times:

• Saturday, May 11: 12pm - 6pm
• Sunday, May 12 - Wednesday, May 15: 9am - 6pm
