Booth Security
The ISC organizers and Hamburg Messe are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen property before, during or after ISC. General fire safety and security will be maintained for the exhibition hall during the move-in, exhibition and move-out days. This level of security is intended to monitor and control the people traffic and material transfer to and from the exhibition hall in a safe and organized manner. It is not intended as individual security for your booth and property. Be security conscious at all times during your stay - do not leave valuable items in your booth overnight during the installation period or exhibition days without adequate security precautions! Security services for your booth are available to order.

Please place your order through the Hamburg Messe online "Shop for Exhibitor Services" in the section “stand services”. Click here to learn more about shop access.
Deadline - April 15, 2024
After the deadline has passed, a 20% surcharge applies to all orders. Orders are accepted through May 15, 2024. (For late orders, the service team will inform you if a requested service/product can be provided at all or in time.)

On-site Assistance
On-site assistance is available at booth #M50 in the exhibition hall (Hall H) during the following times:
- Saturday, May 11: 12pm - 6pm
- Sunday, May 12 - Wednesday, May 15: 9am - 6pm
