Vehicle Entry Application

Vehicles up to 7,5t have to park on the lower parking level of exhibition hall H, underneath the show floor. Freight elevators will be available on

Holders of vehicles over 7,5t may apply for vehicle entry on the ground level of exhibition hall H, on the show floor.

For this purpose, please fill out this application form (German version / English version) and submit it by April 13, 2024 to DB Schenker:

Please note:

Late applications will not be considered!
DB Schenker will confirm your assigned time slot(s) by April 30, 2024.
Time slots will be assigned based on the size and location of the booth area.

Please familiarize yourself with the Exhibition Time Schedule and the build-up and dismantle regulations before planning your build-up and dismantle process and filling out your vehicle entry application.
