Exhibitor Suites
Exhibitor Suites are mobile meeting rooms located in the exhibition hall where you can meet with your customers during the exhibition.
Exhibitor Suites are available in the sizes 9m² (3x3m, 6 pax), 20m² (4x5m, 12 pax) and 27m² (4x7m, 18 pax). Click here for a schematic of the suites.
Exhibitor Suites include carpet, lighting, an electrical connection, tables and chairs. For details, please contact Mr. Josiah Tabor at josiah.tabor@isc-group.com.

Booking
To book an Exhibitor Suite, please contact Mr. Josiah Tabor at josiah.tabor@isc-group.com. The deadline for booking an Exhibitor Suite is April 28, 2023.
Exhibitor Suite Access
You can pick up your Exhibitor Suite key at the cubicworx support desk at booth #L1126 starting at 3pm on Sunday, May 21, 2023.
If you booked an Exhibitor Suite, it is available for use at the following times:
| Monday, May 22, 2023 | 3:00pm – 6:30pm |
| Tuesday, May 23, 2023 | 8:00am – 6:00pm |
| Wednesday, May 24, 2023 | 8:00am – 4:00pm |
| Important! Attendees without exhibitor badges are not allowed to access the exhibition hall outside the official exhibition opening hours. Please plan your meetings with non-exhibiting attendees accordingly. There will be no exceptions to this rule! |
Technical Equipment
There is no technical equipment included in the Exhibitor Suites. To place an order, please contact the cubicworx congress team at kongress@cubicworx.de.

Please place your order through the Hamburg Messe online "Shop for Exhibitor Services" in the section “stand services”. Click here to learn more about shop access.
