Registration and Check-In Information
All ISC 2020 participants, including booth staff and speakers, have to be registered.
Badges will NOT be mailed: ISC participants have to pick up their badge on-site. Please refer to the "On-Site Check-In & Self Registration" section below for the check-in and self registration counter location and opening hours.
Badges are NOT transferrable: ISC participants have to personally pick up their badge. Please be prepared to show photo-ID.
Registration for ISC 2020 is now open.
There are three kinds of registration rates for ISC 2020: Early / Regular / Onsite.

You will find the voucher codes for the complimentary passes included in your exhibitor/sponsor package in the "Registrations Options" task in the Exhibitor Portal. To apply a voucher code, please enter the voucher code in step 5 of the registration process and click "Apply" before proceeding to the next step.
Sponsors receive a discount on Full Conference Passes and Day Conference Passes. To receive the discount, simply select your company name from the respective drop-down menu in step 1 of the registration process. The discounted prices will automatically be displayed in step 3.
The check-in and self registration counters are located in the east foyer of Hall 3.0.

Our new cancellation policy during the corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic:
In light of the ever-changing situation, we are offering our attendees as much flexibility and planning comfort as possible with our cancellation policy. Up until May 11 (39 days before the conference), you can request for a full refund on your conference registration fee.
If registered as an associate of an exhibiting organization, you are eligible for access to the exhibition hall outside of the official exhibition hours during the following times:

|Monday, June 22||8:00am - 3:00pm|
|Tuesday, June 23||8:00am - 10:00am|
|Wednesday, June 24||8:00am - 10:00am and 6:00pm - midnight|
|Thursday, June 25||8:00am - 5:00pm|
Please note: booth builders and staff with build-up and dismantle badges will be granted access to the exhibition hall starting at 6:30pm on Wednesday, June 24. If your staff needs to access the exhibition hall before 6:30pm, they need to be registered, e.g. with an exhibition day-pass.

Build-up and dismantle badges are free of charge, no prior registration is required. Badges will be handed out at Gate 1 and Gate 8 of Hall 3 upon arrival. For more information on exhibition hall access for build-up and dismantle, click here.
