Exhibition Hall Access

Exhibition hall access at ISC is regulated in order to provide a safe and orderly environment to all ISC participants. Please review the below access regulations carefully and forward them to your service providers.

Build-Up
  • On Saturday, May 11, staff associated with platinum/gold/silver sponsors are authorized to enter the exhibition hall from 9am to midnight. 
  • On Saturday, May 11, staff associated with bronze sponsors are authorized to enter the exhibition hall from 12pm to midnight. 
  • On Saturday, May 11, staff associated with exhibitors are authorized to enter the exhibition hall from 3pm to midnight. 
  • On Sunday, May 12, staff of all exhibiting organizations are allowed to enter the exhibition hall from 8am to midnight.
  • On Monday, May 13, staff of all exhibiting organizations are allowed to enter the exhibition hall from 8am to 2pm.

Booth builders arriving for build-up and dismantle must enter through Gate H (via Tiergartenstraße). Build-up and dismantle wristbands are handed out free of charge at Gate H. No prior registration is required. 

 

Booth staff registered with an Exhibition or Conference Pass may enter the exhibition hall via the main entrance of the Convention Center starting on Sunday, May 12.

Dismantle
  • On Wednesday, May 15, staff with a build-up and dismantle wristband are allowed to enter the exhibition hall from 5:00pm to midnight.
  • On Thursday, May 16, the exhibition hall is open to all dismantling staff from 8am to 4:00pm.

Build-up and dismantle wristbands are handed out free of charge at Gate H of the exhibition hall. No prior registration is required.

Exhibition Hours

During exhibition hours, holders of an Exhibition Pass or a Conference Pass will be admitted.

Exhibition hours are:

  • Monday, May 13: 3pm-8:30pm
  • Tuesday, May 14: 10am-6pm
  • Wednesday, May 15: 9am-4pm
Off-Hours

On

  • Tuesday, May 14, 8-10am
  • Wednesday, May 15, 8-9am

ISC  Exhibition or Conference Pass holders associated with an exhibiting organization have off-hour access to the exhibition hall.

 

Important! Associates of non-exhibiting organizations will NOT be admitted to the exhibition hall during off-hours. Please note that the Exhibitor Suites are located inside the exhibition hall and are thus included in this regulation. No exceptions! Please plan meetings with your clients outside of the official exhibition hall opening hours at alternative venues to avoid irritations.
Please note: It is not allowed to stay in the exhibition hall beyond the hours listed above. Please respect the ISC and Hamburg Messe staff by listening to hall announcements and exiting the exhibition hall as soon as the closing of the hall has been announced.
