Boothbuilders must submit a detailed booth plan to Ms. Kristin Kremer for cosmetic and technical approval.

Important: 

 Please make sure the plan includes all dimensions (including the overhead design), all technical connections and the details (name, email address, phone number) of an on-site contact person.
Only sponsors are allowed to build up to 6 meters high! (Exhibitors who are not sponsors are allowed to build 3 meters high.)
Obstructing designs are not allowed - this will be checked on an individual basis.
Please note that some extraordinary booth designs may require further processing, which could result in additional fees. For more information please contact Ms. Kremer.

Arriving for build-up or dismantle outside of the scheduled hours is not permitted! Please refer to the exhibition time schedule for a complete overview of exhibition hall hours.

Booth builders arriving for build-up and dismantle must enter through Gate H (via Tiergartenstraße).

Booth builders arriving for build-up and dismantle must enter through Gate H (via Tiergartenstraße). Build-up and dismantle wristbands are handed out free of charge at Gate H. No prior registration is required.

Holders of vehicles over 7,5t must apply for vehicle entry on the ground level of exhibition hall H, on the show floor. You can find further information here.

Booth builders will be granted access to the exhibition hall starting at 5:00pm on Wednesday, May 15. If your staff wishes to access the exhibition hall before 5:00pm, they need to be registered, e.g. with an exhibition pass.

Vehicles up to 7,5t have to park on the lower parking level of exhibition hall H, underneath the show floor. Freight elevators will be available on

• Saturday, May 11, 9am-midnight
• Sunday, May 12, 8am-11pm

No Freight Aisles are not allowed to be used as storage area for pallets and other material. They will be clearly marked.
